Lana, Chloe, Lionel, Martha, Kara, Pete, Oliver & the League, Brainiac are all the people who are alive who know Clark's secret...well, brainiac isn't really "alive" but you know what I mean. Kara got here beginning of season 7, she was in suspended animation.
