I missed it but did anybody here see scene at the end of the credits with Samuel L Jackson?
Iron Man raking in the moolah From yahoo news - Comic book adventure "Iron Man" proved its mettle at the North America box office, kicking off the summer movie season with estimated weekend ticket sales of $100.75 million and marking an unlikely commercial rebound for its star, Robert Downey Jr. The tally far exceeded expectations of an opening in the $70 million to $80 million range for the three-day period beginning Friday. All told, the movie grossed $104.25 million, counting receipts from Thursday evening previews, according to studio figures issued on Sunday. "Iron Man's" U.S.-Canadian haul fell just shy of the $114.8 million grossed by "Spider-Man" in the first weekend of May 2002 -- a tally that stands as the biggest domestic opening ever for a non-sequel film. Video is getting posted and deleted at you tube pretty rapidly but here is the breakdown....
*spoiler* Sam Jackson plays Nick Fury, lets Tony know there are others in the world with 'power' and wants to discuss the "Avenger's Inititive". We really need a Captain America movie, like yesterday..... __________________ Beneath this mask is more than flesh. Beneath this mask there is an idea Mr Creedy and ideas are bulletproof.

I just saw it at youtube! I'm such a geek I got cold chills. I need to go to Geek's anomanous or something.
That is so cool! It's like they've been planning this whole thing for a decade, and they probably have. __________________ |

Quote: here is an article from 'The Associated Press' that ran in my local paper yesterday. I won't quote the whole article, just an excerpt. Here goes... We really need a Captain America movie, like yesterday... Quote: Marvel Studios announced Monday it will release 'Iron Man 2' on April 30,2010, following the success of the first in the comic-book franchise, which pulled in $104.2 million domestically since opening last Thursday and $201 million worldwide. Four other films based on Marvel superheroes also were announced: Thor, due out June 4, 2010; The First Avenger:Captain America, May 6,2011; The Avengers, July 2011; and Ant-Man, which is in development but has no release date. ![]() |

I can't wait for all of them, except for maybe Ant-man. It will have to have a real good story to get me really excited about seeing that one. __________________ |

Ant-Man is supposed to be done by the guys behind Shaun of the Dead, making it an 'English' comedy more than an action film. __________________ Beneath this mask is more than flesh. Beneath this mask there is an idea Mr Creedy and ideas are bulletproof.

That doesn't sound like my kind of thing, but I haven't actually ever heard of Shaun of the Dead to say that much about it. Sounds like a cross between "Honey I shrunk the kids" and "Monty Python and the Holy Grail" __________________ |

Gee, I don't know the only English stuff I've ever really gotten into is the new Robin Hood and Life on Mars.
The first couple look ok I guess, but it's not very compatible with the superhero genre. __________________ |

Ant-Man isn't really all that compatible with the superhero genre either-he shrinks and communicates with ants.....useless powers unless Yogi just stole your picnic basket....
Let's see a trailer first and give it half a chance-be thankful nobody has written a script for squirrel girl.....yet. __________________ Beneath this mask is more than flesh. Beneath this mask there is an idea Mr Creedy and ideas are bulletproof.
