George Takei (Sulu from Star Trek) is getting married to his boyfriend of 21 years, Brad Altman.  They are one of the first gay couples to receive a marriage license. Way to go Sulu. I tried to come up with a good joke about "going where no man has gone before" or something but I can't think of anything.

O boy Zod don't get me started again. I think there are places men should never ever never ever never ever go. Where's a time machine when you need one.

Who is on first.
Posted:  23 Jun 2008 15:51
Hiro's dad and Star Trek's Sulu.

What's on second, I don't know is on third.

I don't give a darn!

He's centerfield.

Ooooohhhh AAAbbott--
How's Elvis?
Still makin' that face?
Posted:  23 Jun 2008 19:26
Yes, and he howls every night around 7 for his dinner, and first thing in the morning for breakfast. I think he's got a time clock hidden in his dog house.

Maybe he's got your rooster waking HIM up.  Anyone for stewed chicken ?
Posted:  24 Jun 2008 14:26
Chicken is very tasty. If I had a chicken running around, with the costs of chicken at the grocery store, I'd probably already roasted him.

The only thing you can get cheap to eat now is "Chili Dogs"  At least they fill you up and stick with you awhile.  You get 8 meals for $3  I pack of dogs and a can of El Cheapo brand chili and a pack of buns.  37 & 1/2 cents. Anyone else have an idea?

Hot dogs are so bad for you though. Very fattening. I eat Raymon noodles some times which isn't that healthy but it's like less than a dollar for 6 packs.

Yeah, noodles.  I had that for supper last night, but I added a toss in of frozen veggies.
Anything made with rice ends up pretty cheap too.  A quick stir fry with a side of rice is good for you, and pretty filling. Everybody needs a wok,  Especially if you are in a hurry for something good.
Did Elvis turn out to be good with the other dogs?  That "smile" photo you put on telling how "friendly" he was, has to be one oth THE funniest things I ever saw over here.  I was thinking he was going to tear everthing up over there. You should have sent the photo to a advertising agency or something.  It gets your attention!

The other dogs are just ignoring poor Elvis for the most part, and yeah Elvis is tearing up the yard pretty bad. He keeps digging holes the size of the grand canyon. I have to be careful when I mow the yard so that I don't fall in.

I wonder if they address that in Canine Obedience class?  My neighbor's yard is full of holes and he actually gets over my fence and digs some here.  I wonder what makes them do that?  I know he is well taken care of.  Maybe only males do this?

They do it mainly in the summer to find cool dirt to lay on. Crazy Elvis has plenty of shade I don't know why he wants to lay in the middle of my yard.

Well the cool mud makes sense.  My neighbor has more grass than me, so he probably prefers my place.  Great!
Maybe the other dogs are avoiding Elvis for the reason of "guilt by association"..  You may have to change his name from Elvis to Evil!
