I just bought the 2 disc special edition of 'Batman: Gotham Knights' last Tuesday when it came out and I thought it was pretty good. For anyone that hasn't heard of it, it's an animated movie with 6 interlocking stories by 6 different directors that chronicle Batmans "transition from novice crimefighter to The Dark Knight" and pit Batman against "the fearsome Scarecrow, the freakish Killer Croc and the unerring marksman Deadshot." It's got some 'manga' style artwork and the screenwriters include David Goyer (Batman Begins), Josh Olsen (A History of Violence) and Alan Burnett (Batman The Animated Series). It's set in between 'Batman Begins' and next weeks 'The Dark Knight' and has several nods to 'Batman Begins.' If your a Batman fan then it's totally worth buying.
