Good God! I've been gone a month and besides this item almost eveything is unchanged. Talk about stayin' in the same place. No new ideas? Nothing controversial or shocking??? Nothing wierd and strange?? I better get myself back here. Ha Ha!

Sorry if this is a repeat Q for ya'all.
I usta have an avatar (or maybe 10, I'll be looking around for something unsuitable ASAP.) Ha ha! Just kidding.
Here is something really wierd that happened this morning. I opened the bathroom door to find about 100 fully grown FLIES swarming around! My bathroom is immaculate, so that IS a mystery.! Tooo many for a fly-swatter, but I had a can of "Raid" and I kept spraying till I couldn't breath--counted 91 dead and then thru the day found 8-10 more had dropped from somewhere. WHERE??? There is a cooler vent over the door, Maybr they decided to get out of the unbearable heat? Ya think?? This never happened before.
I was expecting Alfred Hitchcock to walk in and use the toilet at any minute!
I taped up the cooler vent and hope to God this isn't going to be a daily disturbance!!
Anyone else ever experience this. I swear I do keep a real clean bathroom!!

Wow that's freaky. I had like 4 or 5 flies flying around my house the other day.
Season starts September 18, 2008 with an episode entitled "Odyssey"
Elvis has stopped digging, but he's giving me a hard time over the new dog food I bought. I bought a huge 50 pound bag of more expensive dog food with gravy, and he barely eats it. I thought he'd like it better. Crazy dog. Dog food doesn't grow on trees. Seems like my dogs only love scraps. Store bought dog food only gets eaten when they feel in the mood.

Yep! They do that as a joke you know. I bought a bag of IAMS ($11.00 for an 8 pound bag) The cat looked at me like I put down rat poison. Will not touch it. The cat has been eating $3.88 Friskies bag. So, I thought to buy a better brand paying about $10 more. The cat is a "no show" at the bowl. Go figure!!!There is a way however to outsmart the dog. I haven't tried this but it makes sense. Add about 1 tablespoon of tuna to the dogfood when you prepare the bowl. I understand the aroma will tempt the dog into scarfing down the chow. Worth a try.
Had about 15 flys in the bathroom this a.m. (better than 90 the day b4 so I am making progress) Cannot figure where from because the duct is totally closed with cardboard and tape now. Maybe there is a dead pigeon in the cooler itself and they are eating it up there. But why visit my bathroom? I don't get it, and I don't like it!! The cat is somersaulting in mid air when one escapes which is funny but no joke with what is going on here.
So, it will be a month from today then when Smallville returns. I just haven't watched TV much all summer--but I am reading when I get a chance.My imagination is very vivid and it entertains me a lot when I read. And I like critique the book as I read. I always find ways of "saying it better". I have stopped writing since April b4 last as there is so much needing "done" here, and on the job.
Good to hear ol' Elvis is still pullin' your chains.. He must be some character!Keeps you guessing.

My cat chases flies like that too.
If I have any scraps left over I stick in with the dry dog food, and they'll eat most of it that way. Problem is I don't usually have much scraps.

There are some recipes for economical dog food on the Internet. It seems that if you make your own dog food you can increase your dog's life by 3 years, so say the "experts" (Hummmmm Filet Mignon in the dog food maybe?)
What I eat for econemy is a lot of Mexican food.
tastes good, filling and cheap. My cat won't touch it tho.
Has Mike Rosenbaum got any projects going on? He seems to have ducked out of sight, as far as I can tell.
That new series with "Pa Kent" has had no promotion at all!! Do you think they cancelled it?
And you were speaking of avatars--what happened to them? Is it my dumb computer weakness or what--but all are gone. I found one last nite and put it on, it was accepted--but it isn't showing.

I think the show (TV) that Schenider was supposed to be in was on last night, and from what I can tell Scneider's role as "dad" in this teenged related series was taken by someone else!! Noww I can see why. God knows Schnieder is in huge demand and with good reason. He has really kept himself looking very well, and his acting talent is super, so two thumbs up and he deserves his popularity 100%!!
NOBODY'S AVATAR is showing up on this site. Mine was accepted and shown on preferences--but not up either. I assume it is this rotten computer of mine.
CAN YOU SEE AVATARS?? Then if so, the problem is here.

I can't see any avatars--and that goes for my own.
What I put on is actually a two=headed fetus.(Not a trick) I was thinking the other day about the candidates and their "Pro-Life" and "Pro-Choice" positions and differenced and wondering if I could post that somewhere and ask them, which they would choose--Abortion of Life. That is some question isn't it, under the circumstances. I was meaning FOR that unfortunate child. I don't think we have ever had a two-headed "metior freak" (not my term) on Smallville have we? I am pro=life, but not in the instance of my avatar. Thankfully, most of these children are rejected my the mother's own body as the one in my avatar. This is really a sensitive and controversial subject and I know not really a good topic here. It is just on my mind. A nurse friend of mine said in the old days the Dr. simply placed his hand on the baby's nostrils when the child was born and told the mom it dies. Not done today in USA, but maybe elsewhere. Raises so many questions about ethics.
