1) Why no mention of Kara? Will she not be returning, ever? 
2) Why did they create that animated mobile story where Oliver is on an island with natives and now in a live action episode he's alone for two years?
Don't get me wrong: it was very dramatic, and I'm glad Tess was a part of it, and I like what a tough character she is. ButI'm also a stickler for continuity. 
3) Was anyone else slightly confused when Aquaman emerged dripping went in a tent in Antarctica and didn't shiver?
4) Does anyone else think Cassidy Freeman a.k.a. Tess Mercer resembles Reese Witherspoon?

Correction on 3): Was anyone else slightly confused when Aquaman emerged dripping WET in a tent in Antarctica and didn't shiver? (Actually, I think it's the Arctic up north.)

1 Kara got trapped in the phantom zone and will be returning episode 8, "Bloodline"
2 The did it for the fans tht follows the actual story of Green Arrow
3 Arthur Curry, Aquaman is half Atlantean. His body is much tougher then a humans and down in atlantis, it's cold. He's used to it.
4 ... not to me so much, but I love the play on Mis. Tessmacher (Superman). and Mercy (Superman: animated series).

I think in my opinion on question 2 Quote:

I think it was so we all know where Tess Mercer comes into the picture a little bit with how she and Oliver connect and know each other, maybe they will cross paths a lot this season. I don't that's my opinion. Plus I think also so we know how Oliver got is great archer ability.

Do you think Tess poisoned Oliver originally? 
Because that black guy from the island--poisoning people with a flower doesn't seem like his style.
I know it seems like coincidence but Oliver and Tess did arrive in Metropolis about the same time.

They kinda sorta maybe implied it with her poisoning that guy toward the end. After slicing his hand with it, she tossed it like the Luthor greenhouse is full of them.

I've been trying to figure this out about that Tess girl. Is she just as bad as Lex, does she know what kind of person he is, or is she just cold? I mean, there are some non-evil characters that can kill so heartlessly without being evil. Look at the Count of Monte Cristo. Clint Eastwood.

I'm wondering if she is a Real  uperman character from the comics or made up like Chloe? But I know Doomsday is real cause I have the comic book where he kills uperman.

She's made up as far as I know. She's apparently an amalgam of Lex Luthor's hench woman Mercy shown on the Superman animated series, and Superman the Movie's Miss Teschmacher.
