I'm not sure if you would absolutely call this a spoiler or not but it's impossible to really review an issue without giving some of the details away. I thought this was a good interesting read. I love stories about characters from alternate worlds anyway and here you get Kingdom Come Superman trying to cope with what happened to his world, and in the process he relives how his beloved Lois Lane dies at the hands of his world's Joker. Obviously things do not go so well for his world's Joker after that.
The art is amazing as we come to expect from Alex Ross and in the end of the book he even goes over how he creates his awesome art.
In a world where everyone has a budget if you have to pick just one book this month. Get this one.

Did you get the JSA KINGDOM COME SPECIAL: MAGOG yesterday? ie: the continuation of the story?
I can't think of a better writer to do it than Geoff Johns. My second choice would probably be Jeph Loeb or Alex Ross. I've been a little disappointed by Loebs writing lately but he has a solid history of writing Superman. But Geoff Johns is THE MAN.
