The CW's Official Description: "Infamous"
Airs March 12, 2009 on The CW
TORI SPELLING RETURNS AS LINDA LAKE — Linda Lake (guest star Spelling) returns to Metropolis and threatens to expose Clark's (Tom Welling) secret unless he promises to give her exclusive information on the red-blue blur so she can become a star reporter again. Refusing to be blackmailed, Clark tells Lois (Erica Durance) his secret and asks her to write his story for The Daily Planet. Glen Winter directed the episode written by Caroline Dries (#3T7465).
I agree I didn't like her character either. __________________

Maybe Aaron Spelling made a donation to the CW. LOL!! __________________

Right, I should have guessed. Luckily you are an expert on electricity and superheroes.
You been watching that new Disney channel I bet. Disney XD or something like that. I been dvring the Hulk, Avengers, Silver Surfer, and Spider-man and his Amazing Friends, __________________
We'll probably get some 'it was just a dream' ending unfortunately, unless they plan on progressing the story onward from here, as is. __________________

Looking at the pics, how can Clark already be so close to Lois atfer Lex basically ripped Clarks heart out by not allowing Clark to be with Lana. Which they both wanted. If they don't even give it some time before Clark and Lois hook up, I think that would be pretty stupid. Just what I think. __________________

Well it was really awkward the way Clark just dropped his forward Lois movements as soon as he saw Lana again. Just didn't fit right to me. Seemed kind of forced to fit the Kristin Kreuk story arc. __________________
I don't know I loved it. It got right to the action and didn't stop for nothing.
About the ring though I thought it was just to call the Legion back for help. I didn't know it was a time travel tool. Have to rewatch the Legion episode I guess. Sure was a sneaky way to fix everything.
So I wonder is the bad chick dying the only thing that changed. Chloe's tone was really ominous. __________________
sman--it had a lot to do with the original mythos
he chose lois to write his story, and shows lois and clark getting closer and closer.
as for the flight ring tim, if you recall, cosmic boy said, "if you ever want to meet the legion, the ring is programmed for time travel only. you'll have to learn to fly the old fashioned way."
lake dying was one thing that changed, along with doomsday and davis becoming not as much 2, but a little bit more 1
finally what the writers are doing is exploring all possible situations of what clark can do before comeing to the final one, which is 2 sepererate lives--mild mannered reporter and superhero __________________

The ring was what they call a deus ex machina- a cheap tool for the writer's convenience. I did like seeing what would happen if he did just out himself to everyone but by the same token I hate when time travel is used as a cureall. This brings us back full circle however as we got to see the demise of Tori Spelling on the show-win some, lose some.
Speaking of lazy-how did the puddle transport clothes and a news article?

That out of the way-I do like how they're progressing with the Davis character and I'm warming a bit to the Clark and Lois relationship, which seemed completely forced to have it leveling out somewhat now. Now the dual identity issue felt a little ham fisted this episode, but it's understandable and it will also probably level out. __________________

Well I wondered that too, but I guessed that she has the ability to transform anything on her person into water molecules which means she could have turned Clark into water by grabbing him.
I wish they would have Lois as the one that needed to be won over and not have Clark acting the way he did at the end of the episode ditching the date with Lois. Having a hard time winning Lois is the perfect way to make Clark more human. I don't want Lois and Clark's path to a relationship mimic Lana and Clark. Already seen that. Make Clark have to earn Lois's attention without her knowing he is super.

thanks aero, you are like the old dc comics "Answer Man" from the 70's. Got at question ask the Answer Man. __________________
Ok I was wrong it is a part of the uperman story. Cause your right Lois does eventually end up writing his story but I just don't like that it turned on him. I guess it was good after watching it on youtube again. I just wasn't paying attention. My girl even corrected me about it. So sorry every one I do agree it was a good episode, I just hope that in the end he does try again by telling his story. __________________
