TESS SETS A TRAP FOR CLARK — Tess (Cassidy Freeman) invites Clark (Tom Welling) to a press conference in New York but when an explosion rocks the private jet they are on, Clark must figure out how to save them without Tess learning his secret. Unbeknownst to Clark, Tess orchestrated the explosion to get Clark to reveal his powers. Meanwhile, Davis (Sam Witwer) discovers a surprising way to control the monster within. Kevin Fair directed the episode written by Turi Meyer & Al Septien (#3T7466).
Nice Clark has to think his way through. This is the kind of situation he finds himself in all the time as Superman. Trying to save the day without giving up his identity. __________________

Ok, Turbulence was fast paced, liked the Jimmy/Doomsday conflict, but the way Clark saved Tess kept me up last night. How in the world did he save her without being able to fly? Just because she was in his arms wouldn't protect her from the impact. Surely the writers know this.
And how did Chloe not see Davis turning into Doomsday in this scene.
When I first saw it here I thought she was in on something, but the way she was crying as Jimmy left her made it seem like she didn't know anything about the Doomsday/Davis connection. __________________
I think Chloe/Jimmy relationship is definitely over, he seems that he doesn't think he can trust her...plus i bet the drugs are gonna have a minor role soon too...(i like to foreshadow)
Davis...haha...wow...he's still shady if you ask me.

My girl said it actually made her cry when Jimmy said to Chloe "Marring you was the biggest mistake" I can't even believe that he said that, That Was SHOCKING. But he does have a point. I was shocked that Doomsday just all of a sudden quit transforming with touch of Chloe's hand. Clark saving Tess without flying, I wonder if he upersped? He is still a convincing liar to a certain point. But Tess is like the female version of Lex, so she lied about her not being like him. That's my opinion. Overall I enjoyed the episode. __________________

Here's an interesting thought on that-what if Chloe still has her healing power from before the whole Brainiac debacle? That might explain why in the spoilers she's gonna be doing an out of character thing or two before the season ends. Maybe Chloe can keep the beast in check? If this is the case, we can see Jimmy and Davis both grow a dependency of sorts on two different types of 'drugs'.
It's spring and love(or something horribly and terrifyingly like it) is in the air. Heaven help whoever gets anywhere near that love triangle. __________________

Yes, but there's the flip side of that-oftentimes when people are under the influence, they're hopelessly more honest than any other time in their lives-they lose the inhibiton of speaking freely and blurt out >exactly< what's on their minds, even if it's not completely coherent.
Jimmy didn't seem that far gone when he said it either-he'll probably regret it later, but he seems to have meant exactly what he said when he said it.

You said it. That's why I say away from that stuff. __________________
Ya drugs are no good. Coming from Germany, there are drugs even there that a lot of people get addicted horribly. But you see this show still teaches us many things, like how a person looks on certain drugs. Even if it's really good makeup, that's what people on drugs look like. I know because a friend of mine back in Germany started using drugs after we graduated and it completely changed him. Since then he has been through drug rehab twice. I remember one night I went over to see him and he slurred through alcohol and drugs in German of course 'hey bloodfire,where's the hot chick at, i wanted a piece of her.' and there was no one in even the building the entire day according to his roommate and my other friend who made a mistake and got an apartment with him. He stole rent money to get more drugs and that's when we sent him to rehab. I called up my parents the other day to see how they were doing and the episode made me think of him and so I asked if they had seen him, and they told me 'The last we'd seen him was at the bar, having too many again. He is still a horrible drunk. Good thing you moved to America son and away from him.' it made me sad to hear that. Cause he was a clean fun person to hang out with back in school. Now he's just still apparently a big time alcoholic, I don't know if he is still on drugs or not. I would have to find out. __________________

Hey what was that song at the end of the episode? I was actually liking what I was hearing. What's the name and artist? If anybody knows. Even my girl liked it too. We both like A LOT of the music that they put on that show. LOL she has even made her own 'Smallville Soundtracks' from each season. LOL ok what she does is, she takes a blank cd, takes songs she loves from every season and creates her own seasonal Smallville soundtrack. She wants to put that song on this years soundtrack when the season is complete. I thought it was an awesome song, we are just trying to figure out who the artist and song was so we can get it. We have the 2 real mallville soundtracks already. The talon and metropolis mix. We both like having them in the car. __________________

Most of the rest of the album is instrumental, but if you enjoy things like Trans-Siberian Orchestra and Evanessence(their music actually), you'll enjoy it greatly. You might also recognize them if you ever picked up/watched Metallica's 'S&M'. They do many covers of metal songs, just give a search at YouTube. __________________

I Don't Care, that's a good song. I like it. My girl and I heard it on the radio heading back to my apartment last night. She put it on her list of songs to put on her Season 8 soundtrack. Evanescence is an Awesome band. I saw them while I was still at home in Germany. LOL I got a crush on Amy Lee after that concert. Are they making anymore albums anytime soon? I espically like the song she did with Seether 'Broken' that's a cool song. I really like the music video with Amy in those black wings and white tank top. She made that look really cool. This video my girl loves this of their song Snow White Queen It's really cool. That's her favorite song from the band. Mine is 'Bring Me To Life'. Thanks pakratmak for letting me know what that song is called. Your rock man. __________________
