What did every on think about the movie trailer that came out for Superman Returns. I thought it was intersting but there was a tone of Computer graphics in just that one trailer I hope the movie looks a little more real.

It's hard to really tell much from that trailer. It was just too short. However, it didn't seem to have that feeling of authenticity of the original Superman Movie. __________________
yeah that bugged me a lot when i watched it but i found that the more times i went through it the more natural it felt to me. but my initial reaction was disapointment in that tone of computergraohics you mentioned superman182. the original superman movie and the starwars of the 70's-80's felt so much more real and natural. granted that computer generation is getting really good, i just think it gets overused

I guess the test is, if you can tell a computer was used by watching it, then some other method should have been used.
One thing that bugged me a lot on the Matrix sequels is how obvious that Neo was a cgi character in so many fight and flight scenes. __________________
yeah...thanks for the painful reminder...get someone to feed my fish for me , im gonna go jump off a cliff, preferably one made with cgi so it can be a metaphor of my suffering
(he eats once a day and dont give any of that cheap stuff)

this first teaser showed more than the STM teaser. Remember, all you saw in that was a shot of something flying through the clouds with the names rolling by, and at the end all you saw was the symbol

i don't know about you guys, but i thought it was awesome! but, you guys are right, the trailer doesn't look as natural as the original movies
then again, i'm only 12

the very first teaser didn't show a DAMN thing except the comic book symbol, AND THAT'S IT.
this teaser showed so much more than the very first teaser... you guys should be happy

kakarot069, it's not the amount shown, it's what was shown. For me it wasn't bad it just didn't appear as authenic as the old movie. I guess one tends to picture the entire movie from the trailers. Usually, now adays the trailer shows the very best scenes of a movie so if they aren't just super duper fantastic it tends to make you question the movie. It's just a teaser though so we'll see. It was definitely a lot more encouraging than when we first saw the new Superman costume. __________________

Does anyone have any idea when the next trailer comes out? I have only seen the trailer online and not at any of the movies that I have seen lately. I am guessing that we won't get that one down here in Australia and probably next month they'll release the next trailer. I think as we get closer to the release date then we'll get the online trailer on the TV and the longer version will be at the cinema. All I say is bring on the movie and let's check it out.

The fact that there is no history is the good part. I'm not thrilled with Routh, but we could be surprised...remember Micheal Keaton?

They have released the second trailer for Superman Returns and it looks like it will be just fantastic. I must say that they finally got the one thing right with superman that they have all failed to do in every other live incarnation of superman. In all previous versions of superman from George to Chris to John to Gerard to Dean, they have never had superman's hair move as he flies but with Brandon it actually does move when he is flying. I always thought that was rather strange because with George and Dean their hair was slicked back so it was kind of understandable but with Chris, John and Gerard their hair looks like a really bad wig.

IVE BEEN WATCHIN THE SAME ONE TRAILER FOR 6 MONTHS I ALMOST HAD A HEART ATTACK WATCHIN THE NEW TRAILER IT WAS THE BEST THING I EVER SEEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! CANT WAIT FOR THE MOVIE ITS KILLING ME!!!!!!!!!!!
