Could go back to the 50's when clark's father (Jor-el ) visited Smallville & reveal there were people with abilities on earth even then, Though i think its more likely to be the true beginings/formation of Oliver's "Justice league" or where lois was zapped to .Justice League was originally called justice society right ??

Justice Society was really the Justice League in the 40's, but by the 60's they had formed the heroes in to the Justice League and revamped a lot of heroes. A couple of years later and they decide to give all those old JSA stories a place in DC history again and created the Earth-2, Earth-1 deal. Everything happened on an alternate earth with the JSA which could be an interesting aspect to follow on Smallville. We know Smallville pretty much does what they want so who knows what they will end up doing.
