Zombies unleashed!! How and can Clark stop it?? Check out the description for 'Rabid'.
The CW's Official Description For "Rabid"
ZOD UNLEASHES A VIRUS INTO METROPOLIS — Zod (Callum Blue) and his soldiers release a virus into the air that turns humans into zombies. The only way to stop it is to make an antidote from the blood of another Kryptonian. After Lois (Erica Durance) is infected, Chloe (Allison Mack) pleads with Clark (Tom Welling) to donate his blood to stop the epidemic, even though it risks outing him to Zod. Posted on KryptonSite. Michael Rohl directed the episode written by Jordan Hawley (#3X5253).
No it doesn't lol. If my memory serves me right, this is the first episode of Smallville where we've had Zombies lol. Em I right or wrong? __________________

That was a lot of licorice being chewed tonight--hope they have some left over for trick or treat! I think it looked pretty fake and could have been better in that respect. Glad Oliver is getting on track (maybe). I thought the episode was kind of predictable, but good.

Maybe they are experiencing budget cuts then too--that was pretty dang awful. I swear it was licorice, still pretty cheap at the dollar store.

They gambled with switching it's scheduled night and if the ratings have gone down, I'd lean toward that as the major factor.
The show also has almost nothing to actually do with Smallville at all anymore. It's becoming more and more of a retread of Lois and Clark, which is fine if you actually enjoyed that show I guess.
While the zombie bit with the cloud seeding was not their best effort to date, it was still much better than that vampire sorority stupidity from a few seasons back for comparable movie 'ripoffedness', which trailed immediately behind the ripoff of Cloverfield that almost swallowed up Chloe's wedding episode from last season. I'm not a fan of zombie movies to begin with, but I am glad they leaned more toward 28 Days Later than Zombieland(or Twilight for that matter).
On the other side, Ollie is getting to play out the human side of the show now. I'm enjoying watching this character again as he actually struggles with the choices he's made and the consequences of his actions much more so than it seems Clark is these days, even as that means he's trying to drink and avoid them. I'm not sure he is actually getting 'on track' just yet Nanni- he did just roast his costume, even after his poor turn at playing Lois' hero. I'm looking forward to what they might do with the character and hope they avoid his character arc from becoming too much like SpiderMan 3. __________________

I was totally joking about the ratings, reffering to the copious amount of anger in tess and lois' faces. __________________

Well I'm waiting for it go on the net at the CW site. Dog gone it, it rains every Friday and messes up my reception. This week it was a total thunderstorm with tornado watches. I had no chance of catching a signal where as the day before Supernatural came in crystal clear. Oh well patience is a virtue. __________________

We've gotten rain all year this year I think. Even in the summer it rained a lot. Funny cause a couple of years ago we had a drought. __________________
I thought it was a weird episode, I had to watch it twice to make sure I understood everything that was going on, espically the ending. __________________

Thank God I am not the only one who sometimes "doesn't get it"-- Maybe the endings occasionally are not meant to make perfect sense and it will become apparent what was goin' on in following episodes.

I finally saw it yesterday on the CW site. I thought it was pretty fast paced, decent action, and so forth. Definitely not boring. Could have stood for a little more something from the characters. I didn't feel a whole lot for them. They seemed kind of like characters in a cheap horror flick in some spots.
Zod sure is a creep ain't he? Killing his own guy after being pleased with the end result of his work. That's why it never pays to work for the bad guys. You never know when they might not want you around anymore, and they never warn you before they get you. Bad guys just don't believe in fair fights.
At the end did Lois try to slap Clark? I saw her grab her arm all of a sudden. Didn't make sense. Maybe I blinked.
Curious where this dream sequence is going. __________________
