In the one Superman comic that was part of DC One Million, Superman in the 853rd century known as Superman Prime is more like Supergod than Superman. I made a list of all his powers.
(All these powers are infinite and limitless and make Superman God-like)

Heat Vision
Super Senses:
Super Vision (includes X-Ray vision and other visions)
Super Hearing
Super Breath/Freeze Breath
Super Smell
Mental Powers:
Super Intelligence/Super Memory (Knows everything)
Telekinesis/Psychokinesis/Psychic
Manipulation Powers:
Energy/Time/Space/Matter Manipulation
Teleportation (Can be anywhere at anytime)
Healing (Can heal, create, destroy, or resurrect anything)
