I'm 55 and only remember The Adventures of Superman after school in re-runs in the early 60's. I was curious to see what day of the week they originally aired. Wiki's prime time schedule doesn' show Superman at all through the 1950's.
Does anyone know what day of the week the shows aired?
Thanks!

Quote: "Adventures Of Superman" premiered in American living rooms on Friday, September 19th, 1952 (when the first episode aired on Chicago's WENR-TV)
Thanks for the info, but that only shows when it debuted. I was wondering when it was regularly shown, and it doesn't seem to be in prime time. I've searched clear through another prime time tv listing fom the 1950s and still can't find Superman at all.
Is it possible it was on Saturday mornings? Syndicated and shown just before prime time?
Thanks in advance!

If syndication was anything then like it is now, there wouldn't be a standard timeslot or schedule from one market to the next. Try checking for a particular station in your next search if you remember it. __________________
