I was wondering how the filmmakers of Smallville create the Superspeed effect (The slow-mo effect and the fast running effect). I wanted to know because I would like to use the effect in some short films I'm making. I've searched all over the Internet but there's not a very good user-friendly explanation for it. If anyone knows how to create it and could explain how to do it for me that would be great. The slow-mo effect is the one where time stops or slows down around Clark and when he moves it seems like he's moving at normal speed and there is also a red-blue blur or aura around Clark. The fast running effect is when Clark runs at superspeed but the background remains the same. __________________THE ITALIAN SUPERMAN

You'll need a good 500K minimum for that type of equipment, and a degree in filming/special effects. lol
no idea how you could, tbh. *shrugs* __________________"Any man can overcome adversity. If you truly want to test a man's character, give him power."

I've seen people re-create it on YouTube and they use Adobe software to re-create it. __________________THE ITALIAN SUPERMAN
