What do you guys think will Bryan Singer stick to his guns with the new version of the Superman costume or will he change it before all is said and done? Do you think it might have all been a test for public reaction?

He better change it or Singer and the rest of cast and crew and their families will be the only one in the theaters. I still doubt a good costume can make an unsuitable actor fit the Superman role.

I'm pretty sure if they don't change the suit that they will offend, not only, superman fans but any and all comicbook superhero fans. It needs more fine tuning than complete overhauling in my opinion. I mean small subtle changes are a good idea to keep up with modern times but they have just made too much of a change from what the suit looks like in the comics. Maybe they should just put the new "s" on either Chris Reeves' suit or even Dean Cain's suit, just a thought people.

They have to change it this isnt the matrix just because its 2005 doesnt mean supermans suit has to change and be all futuristic everyone likes the oringinal colors so why change that and the s is way too small its like they are trying to reinvent when you dont need to stick with the original you cant lose or else!

I was wondering if anyone else had thought that maybe the Warner Bros. execs had released a photo of the new suit to stir up pubilicty for the new movie. I mean, afterall, nothing gets people interested in a particular topic more than if it is a controversial topic. If this is the case then it has worked perfectly hasn't it because look at all the talk on this site, alone.
