Found these:

"Clark must battle his way out of the Phantom Zone. Thrown into this Kryptonian jail created by Jor-El, Clark finds himself without powers and surrounded by revenge-seeking criminals sent away by his father. Jor-El's old assistant, a young woman named Raya (guest star Pascale Hutton), comes to his aid in the Phantom Zone and helps Clark escape. Unfortunately, there may have been others who escaped with him."

"Martha continues to adjust to life without Jonathan, but is conflicted about her growing feelings for Lionel. Though Lionel has offered to help Clark, Martha is unsure of his motives."

"The relationship between Lex and Lana gets serious, widening the gap between Lana and Clark. While Lex loves Lana, he is still driven by his ambitions and continues down the path of evil. Though he promised to always tell Lana the truth, he realizes some things need to stay a secret in order to maintain his relationship with her. "

"Clark and Lex's friendship has completely dissolved, and the two have become enemies, forcing Clark to work harder to protect his secret. On top of the fact that Lex stole Lana from him, Clark sees the dangerous path Lex is taking and vows to stop him. This season, best friends turn into bitter enemies battling the very forces of good and evil."

"There is a new billionaire in town with the arrival of DC Comics character Oliver Queen, aka Green Arrow (Justin Hartley). Although he has no superpowers, Oliver is a gifted archer who qualified for the U.S. Olympic team, but chose to put his skills to work as the 'emerald archer.' He steals ill-gotten gains from the rich and gives to the poor. Oliver comes from Star City to Metropolis to aid in the recovery from Brainiac's deadly virus. While in town, he meets and is charmed by Lois Lane, igniting suspicion and a little jealousy in Clark. Oliver discovers Clark's abilities and asks Clark to join him in his new project * forming a league of superheroes."

"Chloe is pleasantly surprised when former fling and aspiring photographer Jimmy Olsen (guest star Aaron Ashmore) joins the staff of The Daily Planet, and the two rekindle their relationship."

"Just heard that there's a big episode in which Lex throws a charity fundraiser at the mansion and gets the All-American Rejects to play. The band is filming on Wednesday and singing their hit song "It Ends Tonight", which will appear on the show. At the benefit, a costume party (no word yet on whether Clark dons tights), we get to know the show's new addition, the Green Arrow (Justin Hartley), a little better. We also find out which lucky(?) lady he's asked to escort him to the ball."

So who's reuniting in "Reunion?" No, it's not the return of Pete Ross... and nope, it's not gonna be a Clark & Lana reunion either... the "reunion" in question for this episode is a reunion between Lex Luthor and Oliver Queen, and the show has flashbacks to their days in boarding school.

I found something:

Al Gough In Wizard #180

Smallville's executive producer Al Gough is interviewed in issue #180 of Wizard magazine, where he talks about Smallville Season Six. Here are some highlights:

"Season Six is about the price of being a hero," Gough told Wizard. "We've left Clark in this predicament and when he comes back his father is dead, his girlfriend has left him and other people in his life begin to move on. He's beginning to ask, 'Is this hero thing worth it'?"

Gough talks about Lex and Lana getting together and promises "the Clark-Zod smackdown we all want to see."

"Now that he has Lana, is he going to corrupt the one person he truly loves?" Gough asks. "Is he capable of having something good in his life and not f--king it up?"

The article talks about Chloe reuniting with Jimmy and mistakenly says their past romance was mentioned in Season Five. Oops. (It was in Season Four's "Unsafe") The article also covers the whole Green Arrow guest appearance, and has a promotional shot of Justin Hartley from the Aquaman pilot that we really want around here.

And for a big spoiler for Season Six: "There's a danger that's bigger than Smallville and bigger than Metropolis," Gough reveals. "Perhaps it will come from the Phantom Zone."

Both Michael Rosenbaum and Tom Welling are expected to direct episodes in Season Six.

Gough hopes there will be a Season Seven. "We have a lot more stories to tell," he says. Though he does imply that not everyone is safe from the Grim Reaper. "Lex, Clark, and Lois are safe, but everybody else is up for grabs."

Wizard #180 hits newsstands today.

Episode #6-10: Title Unknown Air Date: January 2007

Guest Stars: Tori Spelling

UPDATED 9/20/06: From the column of TV Guide's Mike Ausiello: Tori Spelling will be playing the Daily Planet's new gossip reporter, who has the ability to turn herself into water. "She'll be exposing the very big secrets that will be driving the second half of the season, Alfred Gough told Ausiello, "and I can't tell you any of them. Zero."

Episode #6-11: "Justice" Air Date: January or February 2007

Guest Stars: Justin Hartley (Oliver Queen/Green Arrow), Alan Ritchson (Arthur "AC" Curry/Aquaman), Kyle Gallner (Bart Allen/The Flash), Lee Thompson Young (Victor Stone/Cyborg)

UPDATED 9/20/06: From the column of TV Guide's Mike Ausiello, some quotes from Alfred Gough: "Episode 11, which is our second episode back in January, is going to be called 'Justice,' and it'll basically be our first look at the Justice League. We're gonna have Green Arrow, Cyborg, Flash and Aquaman, played by Alan Ritchson, who is coming back. That's gonna be our first Justice League episode." And where exactly is Wonder Woman? "Ask Joel Silver," Gough grumbles. "He's the producer; he controls the movie rights. We'd do a whole Wonder Woman series if we had Wonder Woman, but Joss Whedon is writing the movie, so we can't have her."
