The latest news rumor is that Hugh Jackman is going to play Jonathan Kent in flashback scenes in the upcoming Superman Returns Movie. A role currently owned by John Schneider on the TV Hit Smallville.

Hugh Jackman best known as Wolverine has had rumors circle him about taking over as Superman on the new movie in the past and even playing George Reeves on the story of his life. A role that is now going to Ben Affleck. On top of that Hugh actually played Superman on a Saturday Night Live sketch. I guess playing just one super hero just isn't enough.
