What's the connection between Superman and I Love Lucy Show. Well, on an episode of I Love Lucy Superman dropped by for little Ricky's birthday party. George Reeves made a guest appearance as himself dressed up in his Superman costume. Lucy thinking George Reeves isn't going to make it to the party makes her own super suit and climbs outside onto the ledge to hopefully make a super entrance. She gets stuck outside, and it's up to George Reeves to save the day.
