The big night had stars like John Schneider with wife Elly The night was filled with music dancing contest and just one WB star after an other they showed the premier on the big screen karaoke and more. for all those who got to attended hope you all had a good time.

Who is behind Lex Luthor's jet crash? 

So far from last night's episode it would appear that Lionel Luthor is not guilty, although he hired Helen to spy on Lex, he did not order his death. At least that's how it appeared on last night's episode. Let's wait till next week before we say that conclusively. Helen definitely appears to be the murderer, but like I said I wouldn't bet the farm on it till we see next week's episode. I have this feeling there could be a real surprise or 2 in next week's episode. - Tim

 When last we saw Clark Kent in WB's hit Smallville, he was being a very bad boy in Metropolis, having succumbed to the evil influence of red kryptonite. So Oct 1, in the show's two-part season-opener, his father, John Schneider), will go to town to fetch Clark. But he won't quite be the Jonathan fans are used to. "In order to bring Clark home," producer Alfred Gough says, "Jonathan will get temporary superpowers. It will mean the mother of all father/son fights." Don't panic; Dad will be back to his old self soon. "This is just temporary. It's a deal Jonathan cut with Jor-El (Clark's real, alien father).

The 'secret' that Tim McCanlies came up with the concept of The WB's Smallville.  reports that Michael McKean, the husband of Annette O'Toole (Martha Kent in the show), will play Perry White in Smallville this season. His episode was filmed the week of August 28 - September 9 and will air sometime in November.

Superman Homepage has an interesting article about writer Tim McCanlies who reportedly came up with the concept for the TV show "Smallville" after initially pitching a young Bruce Wayne TV show to the WB.
